FAQ
JUMP is the world's first hyperreal wingsuit BASE jump simulator. Guests suit up in real wingsuits, wear custom VR helmets, and leap from a virtual 4,000-foot cliff. Each Guest gets three flights (one airplane skydive and two BASE jumps), avatar customization, and a shareable flight video. The full Experience lasts 30-45 minutes per Guest with 10-12 minutes of active flight time.
Guests must be between 59-77 inches tall and 70-300 lbs. All Guests must be able to comfortably carry approximately 30 lbs of flight gear. JUMP is not recommended for children under 13. Birthday packages and school field trips are designed for teens 13 and older.
Each Guest's Experience takes 30-45 minutes. For groups, we stagger arrivals in cohorts of 4-6. A group of 10 should plan for approximately 2.5 hours total. Groups of 20 or more should plan for 3-5 hours depending on bay availability. Our events team will build a detailed schedule for your group when you book.
Yes. Non-flying spectators are welcome at $15 per person, which includes access to the viewing area and the JUMP bar. This is a great option for wedding parties where some Guests prefer to watch and cheer.
Corporate and general group events require a 50% deposit to hold the date, with the balance due 5-7 days before the event. Birthday parties require full payment 72 hours in advance. School groups can submit a PO or district payment with NET 30 terms available for public schools.
Minimum lead times vary by package: Birthday parties need 5-7 days, general groups need 7 days, corporate standard events need 7-14 days, bachelor/bachelorette events need 7-10 days, and school field trips need 14-21 days. Weekend dates book quickly, so we recommend reaching out as early as possible for the best availability.
JUMP offers complimentary refreshments from the JUMP bar for all group packages. For corporate buyouts and larger events, we coordinate with preferred local catering vendors to provide full food and beverage service. JUMP is located at 14725 Porter Rockwell Blvd, Suite F, Bluffdale, UT 84065. We are open Monday through Friday 1:00 PM to 9:00 PM and Saturday 11:00 AM to 9:00 PM. Closed Sunday. Free parking is available on-site.
